What can I do with current restaurant management experience?

I’ve been on a restaurant management team as in Assistant Manager since April. Apparently, I’m doing very well….both my direct supervisor (General Manager), the District Manager and the Chief Operating Officer have noted my ability and my GM just told me a younger manager told him personally how much she looks up to me.

So, I seem to have some Leadership ability at my disposal. My degree is in Creative Writing. But I’m wondering what I can do now that I’ve started this career as a manager?

I’m considering pursuing some of type of certification that could help me? I COULD stay in the hospitality industry….maybe, it’s not the worst thing. LOL.
