I graduate soon with a degree in IT Management but with no prior experience or certification. What’s a good entry level job?

My resume is not the best but I fluffed it up to be more IT focused. The issue is that I’m not getting many interviews or even calls.

I’m not sure what to do next and any advice would be appreciated.
