Long story short I moved to a new role within my company of 7 years. 1 week in they had a total re-org and my role and title have changed, with no pay increase. The commission plan is better and we were told salary would remain unchanged until annual reviews in spring time. After a month I finally received my new job description but it does not have any info on compensation range. Would it be out of line to ask for this? Also planning on inquiring about a vehicle stipend as may other traveling colleagues have (since my role now will include travel).
I don’t want to rock the boat but I want to make sure I am getting my fair share being this is not the role I applied and negotiated for.
