I’m trying to get into a cyber security analyst role as that seems like the best feeder role to cyber security engineer which is my main goal. I mostly have desktop support experience, I do spend a lot of time working on my home lab doing scripting, some coding, server and network management, and play “hacker games” at a very novice level like bandit and hackthebox. I automate as much of my professional work as possible. I want help with the resume, and if I simply don’t have the skills I’ll go to another forum that’s fine I just want to know what I need to do in order to be a great candidate. I posted my resume to r/resumes, trying to see if there are things I’m missing, or that I need to improve on.
