At my company a new person has joined to gain experience of my work who is son of my boss friend, he doesn’t look at me at all and does not want to talk to me freely even though he is here to get work experience. But he talks freely with my team lead and my company not told until the exact day he joins. I feel like my company hiding something and I believe he is in the company to replace me
