I applied and was accepted into a team leadership position at my job. I’m excited about the opportunity. However, my official offer letter came in today and they are only offering me $1.50 more than I’m making now. I think I should try to negotiate for more before signing. But I’m not sure how to go about it. I’ll take the offer if they say they can’t offer me more but I think I can do better. Any advice on negotiating for a better raise?
