I’ve been working warehouse basically my entire life and I’m almost 30. I’m making a little under 40k a year and it’s tough affording anything on this and my girlfriend has been wanting a kid for a bit but I’m not settled on a career and don’t want a kid unless I can afford one (she went through school)
I thought I’d be warehouse my whole life since top wage at my place is 58k but I just can’t do it anymore. I was wanting a career switch to a trade that isn’t completely dangerous where I’m risking my life daily.
Appliance service technician seems like a good career and there’s schooling offered at my province. Is it a dangerous career? Or is it pretty good
