My husband is currently working as a sous chef at a restaurant. He just got offered a great position at another place which has benefits/great tips, and works with a well known chef. But on the flip side he has to work a lot more hours and all evening shifts and wont have a lot of family time..
He wants to spend time with family and focus on our kids. But this is an opportunity of a life time and if he turns it down he might not get something like this again.
So does he get a day job and continue his career in the future? OR Go for it because he may not get another offer like this?
