23, no degree, never had a job, what are my options?

I started going to university in 2019 and dropped out due to mental health issues. I’ve been struggling with mental health severely ever since, been on Universal Credit since 2020. I’m done feeling like a pathetic burden on my family and I want to start trying to venture out and see if I can start trying to become a normal human being again. I love the idea of a job but absolutely hate interviews because of my severe anxiety, and if it wasn’t for interviews, I probably would have gotten a job already.

I was just wondering if anyone has any advice or options that would be best for me going forward to try and reclaim my life and not be so far behind everyone else my age, as I feel like everyone else is far more capable than me of getting a job so my chances are not very high.
