Just went for an interview for a sales interior designer position but the company said that for the first few months I probably wouldn’t earn any money as their income is based on commissions. They said that for the first few months I will follow a team leader to learn and study and afterwards my pay will be depend on how many customers I can sell to and earn commission. I did some research on the company and it seems legit and they said I could come in as soon as tomorrow however my gut feeling is telling me not to join and something seems off about it.
