I’ve been at my company for a year. I work on a team of about 9. Within my year here, everyone has been promoted. Including someone who (has a lower title than me but) has been here for less time.
Obviously a convo needs to happen… but it feels kinda desperate? Like… they clearly don’t think I deserve a promotion… why bring it up and make it awkward? Or am I overthinking?
