Has anyone worked for EF Education First?

I am m26, have a Ms.c in accounting. I’ve received a job offer for the international company EF Education First. But I’ve read tons of horrible reviews about the company and how they use young eager employees. The pay I’m being offered is below market value for my experience. And apparently I will not receive pay for OT.

So my question is, if you’ve worked there, was the experience gained worth it? Or should I continue job searching?
