I want to transition from freelance to big tech roles. How should I write my CV?

I am applying to ops/business development roles in mid/large tech companies. I have mostly held short-term roles in startups and would like to transition into a fixed, long-term 9-5 (or 5-9 😂) role.

My previous work have been a mix of short, part- and full-time roles:

* Advising startups on business strategy
* Building community and users for startups
* Generating dealflow and conducting research for VC funds
* Hosting tech meetups
* Giving presentations at tech conferences
* In between, I’ve had gaps where I was building my own small projects, participating in hackathons, traveling, and earning income by trading.

My degree is in an unrelated field from a top US university. My work experience has been with small companies that do not carry name recognition. I’m six years into my career and looking to switch into a more stable role with clearer career progression.

My CV and lifestyle is certainly unconventional, though not uncommon among digital nomads.

What is the best way to convey my work experience in a CV?

How should I present my piecemeal work in a coherent way?

I have noticed that some of my peers say they founded their own consulting company and list their projects underneath. Is that a logical way?
