Is my payroll aligned with my workload?

Basically I earn around USD1,440 per month as Team Lead/Manager in finance. I handle 2 groups. First group consist of 6 companies and 1 among them is our main operating entity. The other 5’s admin and finance functions are being handled also by our main operating entity. The industry we belong to is service industry.

The second group consists of around 17 to 20 non operating shell companies BUT has a lot of mess in terms of financial recording like improper recognition of deferred expenses and improper capitalization.

In addition to this, I am also responsible in drafting policies and procedures for both groups and walki g thru executives in our opeartions since they are also somewhat new. Not to mention the usual tax audits as well for these 2 groups.
