Is wfh really that much better than going into the office?

I mean you’re working either way. I think the commute matters a lot but besides that why does it matter if you are at home or in an office?

When i used to wfh there wasn’t a huge difference in my miserableness being in vs out of the office.

Now I don’t have an office job so I’m approaching the issue from the outside looking in.
