The Pepperdine University Graziadio Business School announced that Angela Copeland, Senior Vice President of Marketing at Recruiter.com, has been named a 2022 Notable Alumni.
Chosen from among more than 47,000 alumni, Pepperdine Graziadio identified Copeland as one of 50 professionals who make an impact that extends beyond business. “Pepperdine Graziadio Notable Alumni are successful business leaders and leading with integrity, honesty and transparency,” said Bernice Ledbetter, Dean of Students at the Pepperdine Graziadio Business School. “We are proud of these great leaders who are committed to making a difference in the world.”
“I’m honored to be recognized by Pepperdine University as a notable alumni. Throughout my professional career, the university has consistently been there to support my journey,” said Copeland.
Prior to leading the marketing organization at Recruiter.com, Copeland held leadership positions at First Horizon National Bank, ServiceMaster Global Holdings, and FedEx, among others, as well as founded multiple businesses, including Copeland Marketing Services. Copeland has also served on a number of non-profit boards, including the American Marketing Association and the American Diabetes Association.
“The Pepperdine MBA program empowered me to make the career leap from computer and systems engineering to executive leadership. The program offered an MBA with a focus on entrepreneurial management, underscored with a foundation of business ethics,” said Copeland.
