Should I be honest with my manager and let him know that I wish to get promoted into a manager position in a year?
The company I work for has an open culture, people can discuss their ideas etc and management generally supports employee development.
I have a weekly one on one with my manager to discuss my goals, career aspirations, etc. But I’m just not sure if I let my manager know that I wish to be promoted, will he feel like I’m too aggressive?
