Should I negotiate a higher salary after I get my masters degree?

Hi everyone, I am a May 2022 graduate with a bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering. I received a full time job offer the summer prior to my senior year for $70k. I am also in an accelerated 4+1 Masters program meaning I will graduate again in May 2023 with a masters degree in mechanical engineering and certificate in advanced manufacturing and robotics. I interned at the company that hired me summer 2021, received my offer, and interned again summer 2022. I begin working full time in January. Should I have negotiated for a higher salary upon completion of my masters degree? I was too scared to bring it up because I was just so thankful to be hired and did not want my offer rescinded.
