My customer service job that I’ve been at for a year and five months is destroying my emotional well-being, and everyday, for the past six or seven days, I’ve been applying for administrative assistant jobs on indeed. The thing is I want something better than a customer service or admin assistant job. I have a BA in Journalism from 2013, but I never did an internship and I have no experience; I also have a CBEST certificate for substitute teaching but I haven’t applied yet to any sub jobs yet. I’m moderately skilled in Microsoft Office. What are some possible steps I can take to further my career and move out of admin work?
