I’ve been at my current company for 2 years but have had a job offer for a position in an industry I would love to work in closer to home at much better pay/benefits. On paper it’s an easy decision to make however at my current company, my manager has just left and if I left it would leave an almost impossible workload for the rest of the team. Any advice would be great? Thanks!
