As titled. My coworkers are generally much older than me and they advice against it. I’m pretty well known and respected for my work. But my coworkers feel I may be judged if I interview for another company.
But I’m also less ambitious than my coworkers. Call me a lazy millennial but I’m just not that interested in climbing the corporate ladder. I likely won’t wanna work for an employer that judge me for my tattoos anyway.
Do you think the risk is worth it? Appreciate answers from Redditors with the same experience. Thanks.
