My boss does not want to give me a holiday bonus (equivalent to 1 week pay) because I am on the profit sharing plan. Is this standard across most companies?
Kind of disappointed in principle. The profit sharing plan, as it was explained to me, is a way to earn more money without the company committing to a higher base pay with Covid uncertainty. We just had our best company year with sales up 50%.
