I am currently in the process of job applications/interviews. Should I already quit my current job?

I’ve been with my current company for more than five years now. Since last year, I already decided and wanted to leave/resign and have already been sending CVs to a lot of organizations applying to several preferred positions as I move forward my next career. To be honest, I want to start fresh with a new environment and feel that excitement in work/career again. I badly want a shift.

A month ago, I already had several pending applications – 1 done from first stage screening, 2 done first interview, and others where I already received a feedback from HR headhunters/sourcing specialists.

Tho not yet definite to succeed from at least one application, I feel the urge to resign and at the moment to take a break and free myself out from work stresses. I was often to told by peers to at least first land a job before passing my resignation notice.

I just want to get some advice if I could already leave with my current state. Hope you can help me. Thank you so much.
